Farewell to Angulo, and other player news

The status of Anuglo going into 2015 has been a question mark for quite a while, and today we finally received some news-

After Angulo’s MVP season in 2013 it was announced him and Dallman signed two year deals with the Hounds. What was buried during the hoopla was Angulo’s second year was an option, that apparently wasn’t exercised. Angulo was a pivotal player during the Hounds inaugural season at Highmark Stadium in 2013. He was exciting to watch and ended up taking home several league awards such as the aforementioned MVP award. Unfortunately Angulo never really found his stride last season due to injuries and other team issues, but still managed to lead the team in goals. It’s a bummer he won’t be back in a Hounds jersey next season and that his song will have to be removed from the books, but we wish Angulo all the best in his endeavors in Florida with, uh, let’s say larger than life Ronaldo.

While we’re talking about someone leaving the Hounds it’s a good time to do a “Where Are They Now?” with last year’s roster. If you obsessively scour Twitter and Google like some of us you probably know all of this, but if not, well… the more you know I guess.

Million Dollar Question of the Day
In Nightingale’s interview over at City of Champions Sports he said they have 20 signed players. With only 12 announced so far (not counting Blum), who are these other 8, and are any of them strikers?
