The Steel Army Annual General Meeting (AGM) is this Sunday the 23rd at 2:00 pm at the Claddagh Irish Pub. This week we’ll be announcing a couple of the topics early so that everyone has time to come up with any questions or comments for the AGM.  

(It’s a little hyperbolic, but I really wanted to post Dredd)

Last year we saw the Steel Army grow exponentially from a small group at Chartiers Valley to a large presence at Highmark Stadium. There’s no indication that this year will be any different. Nothing’s going to stop the Steel Army train! Since we’re a larger group now one of our goals this off-season was to be a little less laissez-faire and instead establish some structure to how the Steel Army operates. Thus the Steel Army Bylaws were born. Over the last couple of months we’ve drafted a set of bylaws that we feel gives the Steel Army a strong foundation from here on out.

The bylaws can be found on their very own page right over here. We’ll dive into the inner workings of the bylaws more on Sunday. Give them a look over and if you have any questions, comments, or concerns bring them to the AGM.
