The Steel Army Annual General Meeting (AGM) is this Sunday the 23rd at 2:00 pm at the Claddagh Irish Pub. This week we’ll be announcing a couple of the topics early so that everyone has time to come up with any questions or comments for the AGM. 

We made a couple big announcements this week about how the Steel Army will be operating starting this year. Today we’re going to take it easy and talk a little about the agenda is for Sunday. After all since we keep telling you to come out to this thing it might be nice to know what’s going on. So kick up your feet and dim the lights a little. Hell put on some smooth jazz if that’s your thing. It’s time to get that synergy flowing.

Bylaws

You saw them on Monday, now listen to us read them point by point… just kidding. We’ll touch on the Bylaws and our reasoning behind them. If you have any questions now’s the time to ask.

Dues

Just what the heck is your money going towards? Unfortunately not all on black at River’s, but we like our ideas. Plus we’re giving you some awesome, and exclusive, swag.

Merch

Dues paying member’s aren’t getting the only scarf this year. We’ll be unveiling this year’s bridge scarf as well as other merch plans.

A quick update on what all we’re planning on doing with the interwebs this year.

Game day

The meat and potatoes of our group and this meeting. We’re going to talk about tailgating with some exciting news surrounding that. We’re going to talk TIFO (hint: more and bigger). We might talk smoke. We’re also going to let you know exactly what will and will not fly in our section this season so that there is no more confusion about what you can and can not do.

Roadtrips

Rochester and Harrisburg on Saturdays this year so you know what that means. Specifically we’re planning on making the Harrisburg away an epic time, and it all starts here at the AGM.

Watch Parties

We’re back at Hough’s, but that’s not all! Not only is Hough’s going to be bigger and better than last year, we also have a really fun announcement that might put you under the table.

 

So that’s a sneak peak into Sunday’s AGM. We can’t stress enough how important it is to come. Whether you’re new and looking to get in on the ground floor, a seasoned vet wanting to get more involved, or just a curious bystander who wants to see what the hell this thing is that your friends keep liking on Facebook, everyone is going to leave the AGM excited for what the Steel Army is doing this season.
