Two bits of almost non-news leaked out of Twitter the last couple of days. But, seeing as there isn’t much to report, we’ll take what we can get.
First up, USLPro has made their first hint at releasing a schedule…

“Aiming for January” isn’t exactly the loftiest of standards. Last season, the schedule wasn’t released until January 31, with the late addition of LA Galaxy II holding up the announcement. By the time the schedule was released, everyone was openly mocking league management and the opportunity for Highmark Stadium to schedule other events was severely limited. Here’s to hoping the league not screwing this up as badly as last time. Remember, the Red Bulls II team isn’t official yet, despite everyone knowing it’s going to happen. Let’s see if they use that non-secret as the reason for a Valnetine’s Day release.
