Another road game, another weird start time. Tonight the Hounds travel to upstate New York to take on the Rochester Rhinos for the first time this season. Both teams are playing pretty average this year with Rochester having a slight edge. They’re currently sitting 4 points ahead of the Hounds but have two games in hand. The Hounds have traditionally struggled in Rochester, and haven’t won there since 2014. To add to the challenge Rochester is 4-1-0 over the last 5 games at home. Pittsburgh on the other hand is draw city on the road lately. It’s not necessarily a terrible thing going undefeated on the road, even if it can be rather uninspiring at times. The slow drip of points are keeping them in the playoff hunt, which for us keeps the season interesting.

Rochester doesn’t give up many goals at home, which is trouble for a team struggling to score. The shadows of the season are starting to get long, which means it’s getting time to put up or shut up. Let’s keep the point streak going and get a result tonight boys.
