USL PRO is going balls-deep in expansion by opening a franchise in Colorado Springs. Sounds like Sacramento Republic FC doesn’t just have a stick up their bum — they are also planning to affiliate with the Portland Timbers. Kansas City Sporting are looking for a new affiliation now that Orlando is making the jump to MLS. Worried about becoming “stagnant,”
