Hounds News Recap: On the Field

Communication Upgrade

Last season one of the big issues the Steel Army had was a communication problem between us, the Hounds, and Highmark Stadium. Communication between the groups was strained at times and nonexistent at others. This caused some issues and exasperated others. We know it, you all know it, and the Hounds know it. We’re happy to say this is changing. Members of the Steel Army board will be regularly meeting with members of the Hounds front office from now until the beginning of the season. GAME DAY: Asbury at Point Park University

Asbury (6-4) at Point Park (6-5-1) 12:00 PM- Highmark Stadium – Pittsburgh, PA Kevin Taylor, Director of Athletic Communications, Point Park University helped with the preview and Player to Watch. Follow Kevin and the Pioneers @PointParkSports Point Park has won three games in a row including an 11-0 rout at Cincinnati Christian in its KIAC opener last Friday. Point Park played a very difficult non-conference schedule and is battle-tested with an overall mark of 6-5-1. The Pioneers have three more KIAC games on the schedule beginning with the Asbury game.
