Who is Tuffy Shallenberger?

By @SAdyson If you haven’t heard already, the Riverhounds have a new member of their ownership group. Terrance “Tuffy” Shallenberger owns a construction company in Connellsville, PA that has piggy-backed off of the recent boom in “fracking” in the Marcellus Shale area. He also sits as a member at large on the board for the Connellsville Soccer Club. Shallenberger’s son plays soccer, and in April of this year, Tuffy donated his time and work crew to finish a 114-acre sports complex in the Connellsville area. The complex was named the
