Heard from @PghRiverhounds PR: Team will announce a new signing Tuesday. They aren't allowed to announce yet, but I'm told a top USL player.

Your guess is as good as ours as to who the new signing will be. The Soccer Observer pointed out this article which seems to point to Anthony Obodai joining the Hounds. But no one knows for sure who the player will be.
