Don’t forget this Saturday is our Annual General Meeting / first game watch party combo! Steel Army members can join us at Highmark Stadium as we finally kick off the 2021 season. The AGM starts at 6:30, kickoff at 7:30. As a bonus we’ve received word that the game will be on the scoreboard so if you’re uncomfortable watching inside the pub you can head out and watch it on the big screen.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to procedures laid out by the club / stadium the AGM and watch party will be a TICKETED EVENT. Meaning you MUST have a ticket to enter the stadium. This is a departure from how we normally run it, but we’re still in a pandemic even if it’s starting to get towards the end. TICKETS ARE FREE– we’re not going to nickel and dime anyone. What this means though is to attend the AGM and watch party you must be:
A current Steel Army member.
A guest of a current Steel Army member (family, friend, etc).
Planning on purchasing a Steel Army membership at the AGM.
Steel Army members- we’ve posted a form in the Speakeasy and in a Dispatch email we sent out last week. Please make sure to fill it out if you will be attending the AGM. If you have not purchased a membership yet but are planning on doing so at the AGM, or have recently purchased a membership and haven’t received the form, please contact us via social media and we’ll get it to you. You can RSVP up until 4pm on Saturday.
